砖混结构房屋的裂缝问题是普遍存在的现象,轻者影响建筑美观,重者破坏结构的整体性,降低建筑物的承载力、刚度、稳定性和耐久性,也降低建筑物的抗震能力,甚至还会导致房屋倒塌的重大质量事故,给用户的安全带来威胁。文章从不均匀沉降、温度、施工质量3方面分析了砖混结构裂缝的产生原因,并提出了预防及控制措施。
The cracks in brick-concrete houses are a common phenomenon. The light ones affect the aesthetics of buildings, while the ones that destroy the integrity of structures, reduce the bearing capacity, rigidity, stability and durability of buildings, and also reduce the seismic capacity of buildings. Even lead to the collapse of the housing major quality accidents, to the user’s safety threats. The paper analyzes the causes of cracks in brick-concrete structure from the aspects of non-uniform settlement, temperature and construction quality, and puts forward the prevention and control measures.
