国内企业人力资源管理部门的重要任务,已经由传统的人事行政作业逐渐向提高管理水平与改善企业绩效的方向发展,培训管理工作成为HR部门的表现舞台,尤其是近几年来,市场竞争向人力资本层次升级,培训需求爆炸性成长,但是往往最大的困扰在于针对性不强、培训的目标不明确、实际运用程度差,导致HR部门花费了大部分的时间精力,却没能让组织产生显而易见的培训效果。因此,制定一个有效的培训管理体系,是进行培训工作的第一要务。培训管理体系包含了需求分析、设计实施,以及监控评估三个主要部分,通过反馈形成一个闭环系统。

Training management has become the HR department’s performance stage. In recent years, The level of capital escalation, the explosive growth of training needs, but often the biggest problem is the lack of pertinence, training objectives are not clear, the actual degree of poor, resulting in HR department spent most of the time, but did not make the organization obvious training results. Therefore, to formulate an effective training management system is the top priority for training. The training management system includes the three major components of requirements analysis, design and implementation, and monitoring and evaluation, forming a closed-loop system through feedback.
