孙律师:我们是职校的应届毕业生,都不满18岁,有的还不满17岁。前不久,学校安排我们到某中型企业实习。实习中我班的一部分同学自愿与实习单位签订了劳动合同,随后便作为普工分配到各车间,其中有的同学从事的工种是国家标准第二级粉尘作业、还有的则当了锅炉工。现在我们有些同学已感到难以承受分配的工作,但又考虑到劳动合同有“服从工作安排”的条款,真是左右为难,请问,在这种情况下,我们应当怎么办?
Lawyer Sun: We are graduates of vocational schools, both under 18 and under 17. Not long ago, the school arranged us to a mid-sized company internship. Some students in the internship part of my classmates voluntarily signed a labor contract with the internship unit, and later they were assigned as general workers to the workshops. Some of the classmates engaged in the work is the second-level national standard dust job, while others were boilers . Now, some of our students have felt that it is hard to afford the distribution. However, taking into account the fact that the labor contract has the clause “obeying the work arrangements,” it is indeed a dilemma. May I ask what should we do under such circumstances?
