[目的]探讨心理因素对肺结核病人的影响。[方法]对2007年12月至2008年9月山东省6县区抽取的120名肺结核患者和100名健康者使用自制的量表和SCL-90进行调查。[结果]心理健康状况总分,病例组、对照组分别为198.3±37.82分、127.2±35.71分(P<0.01)。其中焦虑、抑郁、人际关系敏感、躯体化的得分病例组高于对照组(P<0.05),强迫症状、恐惧、敌对的得分2组的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组各因子异常率的比较与之完全一致。[结论]肺结核患者的心理健康状况较差。
[Objective] To explore the psychological factors affecting tuberculosis patients. [Method] A total of 120 pulmonary tuberculosis patients and 100 healthy volunteers from 6 districts and counties of Shandong Province from December 2007 to September 2008 were surveyed by self-made scale and SCL-90. [Results] The total scores of mental health status were 198.3 ± 37.82 and 127.2 ± 35.71 (P <0.01) in case group and control group respectively. Among them, anxiety, depression, interpersonal sensitivity and somatization scores were higher in the case group than in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in obsessive-compulsive symptoms, fear and hostility scores between the two groups (P> 0.05). The rate of abnormalities in each of the two groups was exactly the same. [Conclusion] The mental health of patients with tuberculosis is poor.
