5月10日上午,江苏省委、省政府、省军区在海安县召开大会,隆重纪念角斜“红旗民兵团”命名30周年。中央军委副主席、国务委员兼国防部长迟浩田出席并作了重要讲话(另发)。 角斜“红旗民兵团”是一个有着55年光荣斗争历史的先进集体。早在革命战争年代,角斜民兵踊跃支前参战,配合我军参加过上百次战斗,屡建战功。新中国诞生后,角斜民兵坚持劳武结合,在经济建设和保卫海防中又立新功,1966年获得中共中央华东局、南京军区授予的“红旗民兵团”荣誉称号。党的十一届三中全会以来,
