针对电流变液在外电场作用下的各种力学性能表征及其内在机理研究不够透彻,特别是对多场(流动场、电场等)耦合作用下的力学性能与场致亚微观结构的动态耦合关系的理解还不够深入,文中设计并制造了一套动力学可视化试验台。该试验台能够实现对电流变液场致亚微观动态结构、流动边界信息及宏观力学性能参数等在线采集;利用该试验台可验证耦合场作用下电流变液结构-力的动态耦合。
In order to study the mechanical properties and the intrinsic mechanism of the ER fluid under the action of external electric field, the research on the mechanical properties is not thorough enough. Especially, the dynamic coupling between the mechanical properties and the field submicroscopic structure under the coupling of multiple fields (flow field, electric field, etc.) Understanding is not enough depth, the paper designed and manufactured a set of dynamic visual test stand. The test bench can realize on-line acquisition of submicroscopic dynamic structure, flow boundary information and macroscopic mechanical performance parameters of ERF. By using this test bench, it can verify the dynamic coupling of electro-rheological fluid structure-force under the coupling field.
