分枝杆菌多糖（Mycobacterialpolysaccharides，MPS）是由非致病性分枝杆菌中提取的多糖成分制成的一种免疫调节剂。为了解MPS治疗常年性变应性鼻炎（PAR）的疗效及副反应，以双盲法对75例PAR病人随机分组，用MPS分别进行下鼻甲及迎香穴注射治疗，对两种治疗方法进行对比并观察其临床疗效，结果：下鼻甲注射有效率91．4％，迎香穴注射有效率92．5％，统计学检验两者无显著差异（P＜0．01）。未发现明显不良反应，表明MPS在治疗PAR上是安全、有效的。
Mycobacterial polysaccharides (MPS) are immunomodulators made from polysaccharides extracted from non-pathogenic mycobacteria. To understand the efficacy and side effects of MPS in the treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis (PAR), 75 patients with PAR were randomly divided into two groups. MPS was used to treat inferior turbinate and Yingxiang acupoint respectively. The results showed that the effective rate of inferior turbinate injection was 91.4% and that of Yingxiang point injection was 92.5%. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). No significant adverse reactions were found, indicating that MPS is safe and effective in the treatment of PAR.
