DNA甲基化是最早发现的人类细胞表观遗传学修饰,是继基因突变和基因缺失之外,致抑癌基因失活的第3种机制。现已证实,DNA甲基化是癌变过程的早期事件,存在于多种肿瘤中。近年来研究表明,DNA甲基化与宫颈癌的发生、发展密切相关,并可作为宫颈癌早期诊断的分子标志物。现重点阐述DNA甲基化与宫颈癌的关系及DNA甲基化在宫颈癌诊断中的临床应用前景。
DNA methylation is the first discovery of human epigenetic modification of human cells, is the third mechanism of inactivating oncogene in addition to gene mutations and gene deletion. It has been confirmed that DNA methylation is an early event in the carcinogenesis process and exists in many tumors. In recent years, studies have shown that DNA methylation is closely related to the occurrence and development of cervical cancer and can be used as a molecular marker for early diagnosis of cervical cancer. Now focuses on the relationship between DNA methylation and cervical cancer and DNA methylation in the diagnosis of cervical cancer clinical application.
