解放战争时期,东北解放区邮电事业的恢复与发展经历了四个阶段.第一阶段,从1945年8月至1946年9月,是分散经营和由分散经营走向地区统一领导的时期;第二阶段,从1946年10月至1947年12月,是东北解放区邮电事业统一领导时期;第三阶段,从1948年1月至12月,是东北解放区邮电事业的全部接管和全面恢复时期;第四阶段,从1949年1月至中华人民共和国诞生,是为东北经济建设服务与支援全国解放战争时期.现将四个阶段的恢复与发展过程分述如下.
