In the course of participating in the international operation, petroleum enterprises lack of understanding of the risk distinction of a considerable number of overseas oil projects and lack of forward-looking forecast and judgment on the potential risks. As soon as possible to enhance and strengthen the Chinese oil companies overseas oil project contracting risk management capabilities can not be ignored. The internal risks of overseas oil project contracting projects mainly include payment risk, risk of compensation for mistakes, risks of legal policies and subcontracting risks.
