《西游记》里的孙猴子,桀骜不驯、泼皮刁钻,常常惹是生非。跟了唐僧后,一改冥顽不化的猴性,西天路上降妖除魔,屡建功劳,终于修成了正果。这当然与师父教导有方——“思想政治工作”做得好有很大关系,但更主要的是它头上有一个摘不掉的头痛箍。以它猴子的本性,早回花果山做他的齐天大圣了,可是头痛箍一戴就由不得你了,不听话?试试!其实,在我们这个社会,为民也好,做官也好,人人头上都有两个箍,道德良心是谓软箍,党纪国法是谓硬箍。失去了这两个箍对人行为的规范,对人与人关系的协调,那我们这个社会就会乱成一团麻。自觉接受法律约束者为正人,自觉接受道德规范者为君子;践踏法律尊严者是罪人,违背道德标准
