以N-[(4-溴-3,5-二氟)苯基]丙烯酰胺/甲基丙烯酸甲酯/甲基丙烯酸(BDPA/MMA/MAA)为主链制备了树脂(AR-1),以溴丙烯为AR-1树脂侧链改性剂引入双键制备了光敏含氟丙烯酸酯预聚体(ARBDPA),采用红外和核磁氢谱对其结构进行了表征。研究了各反应因素对溴丙烯接枝合成的影响以及BDPA含量对ARBDPA固化涂层性能的影响。结果表明:反应温度100℃;复配助剂添加质量分数1.0%时,所得ARBDPA树脂酸值(KOH)8 mg/g。随着BDPA含量增加,ARBDPA固化涂层疏水性增加,接触角可达95.3°,均高于未添加BDPA的丙烯酸酯预聚体。
The resin (AR-1) was prepared with N - [(4-bromo-3,5-difluoro) phenyl] acrylamide / BMA / MAA as the main chain. The fluorinated acrylate prepolymer (ARBDPA) was prepared by introducing double bonds into the brominated propylene as AR-1 resin side chain modifier. The structure was characterized by IR and 1H NMR. The effects of various reaction factors on the grafting of bromopropene and the effect of BDPA content on the properties of ARBDPA cured coatings were investigated. The results showed that the reaction temperature was 100 ℃. The resin acid value (KOH) of ARBDPA 8 mg / g was obtained when the additive was added 1.0%. With the increase of BDPA content, the hydrophobicity of ARBDPA cured coatings increases with the contact angle up to 95.3 °, which is higher than that of acrylate prepolymer without BDPA addition.
