目的研究贫血患者血细胞形态学及血常规特点。方法选择2013年8月至2015年8月商洛市中心医院收治的贫血患者63例为观察组,另选取同期在本院进行健康的体检的62例人群为对照组。对所有研究对象进行血细胞形态学检查,记录所有研究对象的血细胞形态学检查结果、血细胞形态异常阳性、周围血常规情况。结果小细胞低色素性贫血组平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、血细胞比容(HCT)均显著低于正常细胞性贫血组[(293±11)g/L比(347±6)g/L、(72.34±2.82)f L比(88.27±3.32)f L、(24.52±0.96)%比(43.63±1.64)%](P<0.05),红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW-CV)显著高于正常细胞性贫血组[(23.4±0.9)%比(14.8±0.6)%](P<0.05)。单纯小细胞性贫血组MCV、HCT[(71.99±2.77)f L、(25.63±0.99)%]显著低于正常细胞性贫血组(P<0.05),MCHC、RDW-CV[(348±13)g/L、(14.9±0.6)%]与正常细胞性贫血组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。大细胞性贫血组MCHC、RDWCV、MCV、HCT[(441±26)g/L、(23.1±1.4)%、(134.65±8.08)f L、(91.22±5.47)%],均高于正常细胞性贫血组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的血小板、血红蛋白、中性粒细胞百分比、白细胞数量低于对照组[(231±11)×109/L比(281±15)×109/L、(122±5)g/L比(141±3)g/L、(0.48±0.06)比(0.63±0.05),(4.2±1.1)×109/L比(7.1±2.1)×109/L],观察组患者的淋巴细胞百分比显著高于对照组[(0.49±0.04)比(0.40±0.03)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在贫血患者中有着较高的MCHC、RDW-SD、MCV、HCT、淋巴细胞数量,存在较低的血小板、血红蛋白、中性粒细胞、白细胞数量。
Objective To study the characteristics of blood cells and blood cells in patients with anemia. Methods Sixty-three anemia patients admitted to Shangluo Central Hospital from August 2013 to August 2015 were selected as the observation group. Another 62 healthy people in our hospital were selected as the control group. Blood samples were collected for morphological examination of all subjects, blood cell morphology examination results of all subjects, abnormal blood cell morphology and peripheral blood were recorded. Results The mean erythrocyte hemoglobin concentration (MCHC), mean corpuscular volume (MCV) and hematocrit (HCT) in the group of small cell hypochromic anemia were significantly lower than those in the group of normal cell anemia [(293 ± 11) g / L (72.34 ± 2.82) f L (88.27 ± 3.32) f L, (24.52 ± 0.96)% vs (43.63 ± 1.64)%, P <0.05). The distribution of RDW- CV) was significantly higher than that in normal cell anemia group (23.4 ± 0.9% vs 14.8 ± 0.6%, P <0.05). The MCV, HCT [(71.99 ± 2.77) f L, (25.63 ± 0.99)%] were significantly lower in patients with simple cell anemia than in those with normal cell anemia (P <0.05) g / L, (14.9 ± 0.6)%] had no significant difference with normal cell anemia group (P> 0.05). The levels of MCHC, RDWCV, MCV, HCT [(441 ± 26) g / L, (23.1 ± 1.4)%, (134.65 ± 8.08) f L, (91.22 ± 5.47)%] Anemia group (P <0.05). The percentage of platelet, hemoglobin and neutrophil in the observation group was lower than that in the control group [(231 ± 11) × 109 / L (281 ± 15) × 109 / L, (122 ± 5) g / L (141 ± 3) g / L, (0.48 ± 0.06) vs (0.63 ± 0.05), (4.2 ± 1.1) × 109 / L vs (7.1 ± 2.1) × 109 / L]. The percentage of lymphocytes in the observation group was significantly (0.49 ± 0.04) vs (0.40 ± 0.03)], the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion There is a higher number of MCHC, RDW-SD, MCV, HCT, lymphocytes in anemic patients, and lower numbers of platelets, hemoglobin, neutrophils and white blood cells.
