在红钢1350m~3高炉持续增加越南贵沙褐铁矿冶炼期间,对入炉原料、操作工艺等进行跟踪。通过跟踪分析得出,随着贵沙褐铁矿比例增加,烧结矿转鼓指数呈下降趋势,烧结矿转鼓指数下降是导致高炉透气性指数下降的主要原因之一。另外,烧结矿中贵沙褐铁矿配加比例低于20%时,对高炉燃料比影响不大;烧结矿中贵沙褐铁矿配加比例高于20%时,随着烧结矿中贵沙褐铁矿比例的增加高炉燃料比上升。针对以上问题,红钢公司采取了一系列措施保障高炉正常生产,为昆钢使用大比例褐铁矿生产积累了经验。
