目的:对杭州市基本公共卫生服务社区老年人中医健康指导项目开展的现状进行分析,为制定相关政策提供依据。方法:通过文献查阅、现场问答、专人访谈等方式,对杭州市90家社区卫生服务中心社区老年人中医保健项目的开展情况进行调查。结果:杭州市90家社区卫生服务中心100%开展了老年人社区中医保健项目,其中68.9%的中心可提供老年人中医体质辨识医疗服务,有96.7%的中心能开展老年人特殊疾病的健康教育,有83.3%的中心能开展老年慢性非传染性疾病中西医结合全程诊疗—护理—家庭康复工作,但仅有44.4%的中心开展了社区老年人健康档案。结论:杭州市社区卫生服务中心已基本建立起针对老年人的中医健康指导服务项目,但中医体质辨识医疗服务工作尚有待提高,社区老年人健康档案的完善迫在眉睫。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the status quo of the health guidance project for the elderly in the basic public health service community in Hangzhou and provide the basis for the formulation of relevant policies. Methods: Through the literature review, on-the-spot quiz, interviews, etc., the community health centers in 90 community health centers in Hangzhou to carry out the survey of health care projects for the elderly. Results: 90% of community health service centers in Hangzhou carried out 100% of the community health care projects for the elderly, of which 68.9% of the centers could provide medical services for the elderly to recognize TCM constitution and 96.7% of the centers could carry out health education on special diseases for the elderly 83.3% of the centers were able to carry out the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment-care-family rehabilitation program for elderly chronic non-communicable diseases. However, only 44.4% of the centers conducted community health records for the elderly. Conclusion: The community health service center in Hangzhou has basically set up the TCM health guidance service for seniors. However, the medical service identification of TCM physique still needs to be improved and the improvement of the health records of the elderly in the community is imminent.
