[目的]为了解湖州市南浔区农村居民健康状况及其相关影响因素,发现主要卫生健康问题,为有针对性地制订健康促进措施提供科学依据。[方法]采用多级抽样的方法抽取调查对象,抽取了16岁及以上居民2837人进行分析。[结果]患病率最高的是高血压为15.25%,其次胆结石的患病率为7.96%,糖尿病的患病率为2.45%,恶性肿瘤的患病率为1.16%。分析发现几种慢性非传染性疾病与其家族史关联最强,高血压(OR=10.04,95%CI:7.74～13.02)、胆结石(OR=7.86,95%CI:5.23～11.83)、糖尿病(OR=27.30,95%CI:13.77～54.14)、恶性肿瘤(OR=14.59,95%CI:6.46～32.95)。[结论]南浔区农民健康状况仍然存在一定的问题,应该根据疾病的自然史的不同阶段,合理开展三级预防,有效地预防和控制慢性非传染性疾病的发生与发展,最终增进健康水平。
[Objective] To find out the health status of rural residents in Nanxun District of Huzhou City and its related influential factors, and to find the main health problems and to provide a scientific basis for the targeted development of health promotion measures. [Methods] The subjects were sampled by multistage sampling method, and 2837 residents aged 16 and above were sampled for analysis. [Results] The highest prevalence of hypertension was 15.25%, followed by the prevalence of gallstone 7.96%, the prevalence of diabetes 2.45%, the prevalence of malignant tumors was 1.16%. Analysis found that several chronic non-communicable diseases were most associated with their family history of hypertension (OR = 10.04, 95% CI: 7.74-13.02), gallstones (OR = 7.86,95% CI 5.23-11.83) OR = 27.30, 95% CI: 13.77-54.14), malignancy (OR = 14.59, 95% CI: 6.46-32.95). [Conclusion] The health status of farmers in Nanxun district still had some problems. Based on the different stages of the natural history of the disease, tertiary prevention should be rationally carried out to effectively prevent and control the occurrence and development of chronic non-communicable diseases and eventually improve their health.
