财政是国民经济综合管理部门,对于经济社会发展战略目标的实现,承担着重要的职责。近年来,各级财政部门以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,以科学发展观为统领,不断完善财政宏观调控政策,深化财税体制改革,优化财政支出结构,支持民生发展,有效推动了经济发展方式的转变和社会主义市场经济体制的不断完善。在今后一个时期,各级财政部门要认真贯彻落实党的十七大精神,用十七大精神武装头脑,指导实践,推动工作;紧密联系实际,努力做好各项财政工作,立足新的历史起点,更新理财观念,夯实理财基础,创新理财机制,完善理财政策,强化理财监督,加快推进社会主义和谐财政建设。
