本文通过对电力公司采购方式的研究,指出电力市场是一个多级市场,包含有合约市场、日前市场、时前市场和实时市场等。在电力公司期望采购成本最小的目标下作者分别对实时阶段、时前阶段和日前阶段电力公司将如何采购进行了说明,给出了针对各时段的采购策略,对电力企业和社会效应的双赢以及电力工业市场化改革有一定的帮助。
Based on the research on purchasing methods of power companies, this paper points out that the electricity market is a multi-level market, including the contract market, the market before the market, the market before the market and the market in real time.
