作者从果树上分离得到BL03等6个枯草芽孢杆菌菌株〔Bacillussubtilis(Ehrenberg)Cohn〕。室内测定BL01、BL03和XM16菌株制剂对Alternariaalternata、Trichothectumroseum和Fusariumsp.3种苹果霉心病主要病原的抑制效果均为100%,其它3个菌株制剂也有一定的抑制效果;1997年和1998年连续2年对苹果霉心病进行小区防治试验,BL03和XM16菌株制剂的防治效果良好,北斗和红星品种苹果霉心病的病果率为3.5%～6.8%,而对照的发病率分别为43.0%～50.6%;2年的试验结果基本一致。
The authors isolated 6 strains of B. subtilis [Bacillussubtilis (Ehrenberg) Cohn] from fruit trees. The inhibitory effect of the three strains of BL01, BL03 and XM16 on the pathogen of Alternaria elternata, Trichothectum roseum and Fusariumsp were all 100%, and the other three strains also had certain inhibitory effect. In 1997 and 1998, The prevention and control measures of the fungal diseases of apple mold on community were carried out. The results showed that the strains of BL03 and XM16 had good control effect. The incidence of apple mold heart disease in Beidou and Hongxing was 3.5% -6.8%, while the incidence of control was 43.0% -50.6%. 2 years test results are basically the same.
