观察异丙酚不同方法诱导对气管插管所致心血管反应的影响:患者22名均分为两组:A组一次推注异丙酚2mg/kg(1mg/s),B组将异丙酚以1mg/s(2mg/kg)推注至意识消失即推注肌松剂,然后将剩余量异丙酚在肌颤期根据生命体征推注。结果B组在插管前后生命体征相对平稳且维持时间长。
