利用华亚增视仪对２５例黄斑注视性弱视进行治疗，同时用常规遮盖法治疗黄斑注视性弱视２１例作为对照组。结果表明：增视仪治疗组有效率为８４．０％，而常规遮盖法治疗组有效率为５７．１％，两者比较差异有显者性，Ｐ＜０．０１。观察结果提示增视仪在治疗非中心注视性弱视中有较好的疗效。 Twenty-five cases of macular amblyopia were treated by Huayi Prescope, and 21 cases with macular amblyopia were treated by conventional cover method. The results showed that the effective rate of augmentation instrument was 84.0%, while the effective rate of conventional ophthalmic method was 57.1%, the difference was significant (P <0.01). Observations suggest that augmentation instrument in the treatment of non-center gaze amblyopia has a good effect.
