二倍体和同源四倍体大麦籽粒的氨基酸成份分析

分析了五个二倍体大麦和五个同源四倍体大麦的籽粒氨基酸成份,发现同源四倍体大麦的氨基酸的总量比二倍体显著地为高。但不同氨基酸对大麦染色体的倍性反应存在一定差异,以赖氨酸、酪氨酸、脯氨酸增谷最多。同源四倍体与二倍体17种氨基酸威分在含量多少的顺序上,基本上是一致的,均以谷氨酸为最多,蛋氨酸为最少。 The amino acid composition of the grains of five diploid barley and five autotetraploid barley was analyzed and the total amount of amino acids in autotetraploid barley was found to be significantly higher than diploid. However, different amino acids had different ploidy responses to chromosomes of barley, with lysine, tyrosine and proline increasing the most. Homology tetraploid and diploid 17 kinds of amino acids in the order of how much, is basically the same, with glutamic acid as the most, methionine as the least.
