1986年,我所在研究太阳房的辅助热源时,根据我国的具体情况,引用国外的先进技术,研制成功了一种小型热水采暖炉。该炉经过一个采暖期的应用测试,测得的月平均热效率为76.89%,取得了比较满意的结果。现把它的特点及有关技术参加简介如下:一、该炉的外形同冰箱,尺寸为1210575×545mm,故称“箱式采暖炉”。炉膛内部的结构与抽风柜相似,炉膛四周均为板式水冷壁;炉膛空间设置纵横两块水冷壁,它的作用一是改变烟气的走向,二是增大炉膛的受热面积,其综合效果是为了提高炉子的热效率。炉条中空以存水,与四周水冷壁相沟通。冷水壁底部设有回水管,兼作排污口;顶部设有一个水箱,以连接四周的冷水壁,同时被加热的热水由此出口,通向散热器。冷水壁外为岩棉保
