应用本方法对质控样品标准粉、奶粉、猪肝分别测定10次,相对标准偏差为2.6%,5.6%,4.2%。分别分析5种一级标准物质中硒含量,结果与标准值吻合,检出限为0.6ng/ml,加标回收率在83%~116%。本文探讨了22种常见共存离子的干扰及5种掩蔽方法,当加入1%铁氰化钾时,可大大提高干扰离子的允许量。本法使用仪器价格便宜,操作简便,快速,灵敏度高,用样量少(2ml),线性范围宽(0~500ng/ml),适用于不同含硒量样品的测定。
Using this method, the quality control samples of standard powder, milk powder and pork liver were determined 10 times with relative standard deviations of 2.6%, 5.6% and 4.2% respectively. The contents of selenium in five primary standard materials were analyzed respectively. The results were in good agreement with the standard values. The detection limits were 0.6ng / ml and the recovery rates were between 83% and 116%. This article discusses the interference of 22 common coexisting ions and five masking methods. When 1% potassium ferricyanide is added, the allowable amount of interfering ions can be greatly increased. This method is cheap, easy to operate, fast and sensitive, with low sample volume (2ml) and wide linear range (0 ~ 500ng / ml), suitable for the determination of different selenium samples.
