目的探讨本院糖尿病患者分离金黄色葡萄球菌的分子生物学特征。方法采用VITEK 2 Compact仪器鉴定及检测金黄色葡萄球菌及药物敏感性;PCR检测金黄色葡萄球菌SCCmec基因型、毒力因子及Spa型别。结果 2010年1月-2015年6月就诊的452例糖尿病患者中共计分离到67株金黄色葡萄球菌,其中MRSA 63株,MSSA 4株。所有菌株对青霉素耐药;四环素、红霉素、克林霉素、庆大霉素和利福平的耐药率>60%;环丙沙星、左氧氟沙星和莫西沙星耐药率低于20%;未见万古霉素和利奈唑胺耐药株。SCCmec分型以2型和3型为主,共计12株菌分离到PVL基因,Nuc67株,Coa 64株,Spa分型以t 030、t 062和t 002为主。结论本院糖尿病患者MRSA感染率和耐药率高,流行株分型主要以t 030和t 062为主。
Objective To investigate the molecular biological characteristics of Staphylococcus aureus isolates from patients with diabetes mellitus in our hospital. Methods VITEK 2 Compact was used to identify and detect Staphylococcus aureus and drug susceptibility. The genotypes, virulence factors and spa genotypes of Staphylococcus aureus SCCmec were detected by PCR. Results A total of 67 strains of Staphylococcus aureus were isolated from 452 diabetics from January 2010 to June 2015, including 63 MRSA strains and 4 MSSA strains. All strains were resistant to penicillin; the drug resistance rate of tetracycline, erythromycin, clindamycin, gentamicin and rifampicin was> 60%; the drug resistance rates of ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin and moxifloxacin were below 20 %; No vancomycin and linezolid resistant strains. SCCmec genotypes were mainly type 2 and type 3, a total of 12 strains isolated PVL gene, Nuc67 strains, Coa 64 strains, spa typing to t 030, t 062 and t 002 based. Conclusion In our hospital, the prevalence of MRSA infection and the rate of MRSA are high. The prevalence of prevalence strains is mainly t 030 and t 062.
