为了改善湿敏器件的耐水性能 ,在制备高分子湿敏器件过程中 ,以丙烯酰胺为交联剂并加乙基纤维素保护膜。结果使湿敏器件的耐水性增强 ,但同时也使器件阻值增高 ,湿滞增大 ,吸脱附时间增长。器件再经适当浸水老化后 ,湿滞减小 ,耐水性亦得到进一步改善。
In order to improve the water resistance of humidity-sensitive devices, acrylamide as crosslinking agent and ethyl cellulose protective film were prepared during the preparation of polymer moisture-sensitive devices. As a result, moisture resistance of the moisture sensitive device is enhanced, but at the same time, the resistance of the device increases, the wet lag increases, and the time for the adsorption and desorption increases. After the device and then by the appropriate immersion aging, the wet hysteresis decreases, water resistance has also been further improved.
