在日本千叶县的森林中,茂密的树木环绕之中,有一个农场。农场中,藏着一个主打乳制品的餐厅,作为鲜奶副产品的奶酪和酸奶,被运用在这个餐厅的每一道菜肴里。这里请食客所品尝的,是最新鲜自然的食材做成的高品质料理。餐厅的设计师所要做的,是在餐厅的用餐空间中,也要彰显出食物的性格:纯净、自然和绝对的新鲜,以吸引更多的食客光顾这个藏在森林深处的餐厅。这个餐厅位于一个被茂密的森林环绕的农场之中。
In the forest of Chiba Prefecture, Japan, surrounded by dense trees, there is a farm. On the farm, a restaurant specializing in dairy products, cheese and yogurt as a by-product of fresh milk is used in every dish of this restaurant. Here, the diners are savouring the highest quality food made from the freshest natural ingredients. What the restaurant’s designers have to do is to highlight the character of the food in the restaurant’s dining space: pure, natural, and absolutely fresh, to attract more patrons to patronize the restaurant hidden deep in the forest. This restaurant is set in a farm surrounded by lush forests.
