全面预算管理是目前我国各行各业广为实践的一种企业经营财务管理模式,对企业发展具有重要意义。文章结合我国药房连锁企业的实际状况,浅要分析药房连锁企业在全面预算管理与控制存在的主要问题,并对强化预算控制提出了相关建议,以期为药房连锁企业的可持续性发展提供借鉴。
Overall budget management is widely practiced in all walks of life in our country. It is a kind of financial management mode of business operation, which is of great significance to the development of enterprises. Based on the actual situation of pharmacy chain enterprises in our country, the article analyzes the main problems of pharmacy chain enterprises in overall budget management and control, and puts forward some suggestions to strengthen budget control in order to provide reference for the sustainable development of pharmacy chain enterprises.
