作者通过动物实验,企图弄清硷对兔眼压的立即的和晚期的影响,并且研究与眼压反应有关的机理。特别关心以下几点: 1.实验性角膜及角膜缘周围硷烧伤后眼压的反应:①从60秒~1小时(即刻眼压反应),和从1小时~15天(晚期眼压反应);②烧伤的严重程度与眼压的关系。 2.立即眼压反应的特点:①眼压升高的开始时间;②眼压升高的程度与烧伤大小的关系;③在限压升高中神经传导的作用;④在离体眼硷烧伤后的立即眼压反应。 3.研究硷烧伤限立即和超过15天后的组织病理改变。
Through animal experiments, the authors attempted to ascertain the immediate and late effects of alkali on intraocular pressure in rabbits and to investigate the mechanism underlying the intraocular pressure response. Special attention to the following: 1. Experimental corneal and limbal alkali burn after the reaction around the eye: ① from 60 seconds to 1 hour (immediate IOP), and from 1 hour to 15 days (late intraocular pressure response) ; ② the severity of burn and the relationship between intraocular pressure. 2. immediate characteristics of intraocular pressure response: ① the start time of intraocular pressure; ② the degree of intraocular pressure and the relationship between the size of the burn; ③ elevated pressure in the role of nerve conduction; ④ exocrine in vitro after burn Immediate intraocular pressure response. 3. Study histopathological changes immediately and more than 15 days after alkali burns.
