采用堆焊技术提高球墨铸铁的表面硬度。结果表明:利用一种低碳多元合金焊条可在球墨铸铁表面形成一定厚度的熔合层,通过调整焊接工艺参数,可在熔合层组织中获得针状马氏体和残余奥氏体,有效地提高了球墨铸铁的表面硬度,且焊接开裂倾向较小。
Using surfacing technology to improve the surface hardness of ductile iron. The results show that a kind of low carbon multi-alloy welding rod can form a certain thickness of fusion layer on the surface of ductile iron. By adjusting the welding parameters, acicular martensite and retained austenite can be obtained in the fusion layer, The ductile iron surface hardness, and the tendency of welding cracking smaller.
