在一个班集体里,最让教师伤脑筋、费精力的就是少数特殊学生——“问题学生”。这些特殊学生在班级里的表现往往与众不同,容易受到教师和同学们的误解与冷淡,从而加重他们的心理负担,使他们形成一种特殊性格和特殊心理。如果不注意构建和谐的师生关系,对我们顺利开展教学工作有很大影响,并且对他们的发展也不利。因而,我们必须重视用和谐师生关系善待“问题学生”。
In a class collective, teachers are most troubled, effort is a small number of special students - “problem students ”. These special students are often different in class performance, vulnerable teachers and students misunderstanding and indifference, thereby increasing their psychological burden, so that they form a special character and special psychology. If we fail to pay attention to building a harmonious teacher-student relationship, we will have a great influence on our smooth teaching work and will not be conducive to their development. Therefore, we must attach importance to the harmonious relationship between teachers and students “problem students ”.
