在大区域电力系统内进行电力市场运营是我国电力市场改革的基本方针之一;探索与之相适应的AGC模式是区域电力市场研究的一个重要方面。基于国内外AGC运行经验,现归纳出6种AGC模式。采用频率动态仿真的方法,着重研究了多控制区域控制模式的频率控制特性。在研究过程中,首先对子区域AGC指令积分增益系数做了优化,并进一步研究了AGC信号时滞对AGC控制性能的影响。最后,基于某一区域电网的实际系统负荷数据和运行方式进行频率动态仿真和分析。
It is one of the basic guidelines for the reform of power market in our country that the power market operation is carried out in the large regional power system. It is an important aspect to study the AGC mode to adapt to it. Based on the operation experience of AGC both at home and abroad, 6 kinds of AGC modes are now summarized. The method of frequency dynamic simulation is used to study the frequency control characteristics of multi-control area control mode. In the process of research, firstly, the integral gain coefficient of sub-region AGC command is optimized, and the influence of AGC signal delay on AGC control performance is further studied. Finally, based on the actual system load data and operation mode of a regional power grid, the frequency dynamic simulation and analysis are carried out.
