目的 探讨因输卵管阻塞而引起继发性不孕症的治疗及治疗效果。方法 对我院 1996～ 2 0 0 1年的 10 0例继发性不孕症综合治疗临床资料进行回顾性分析。采用中西医结合治疗 (穴位注射鱼腥草 /中药汤剂保留灌肠 /短波感应热疗 )。结果 痊愈 18例 ,显效 5 9例 ,好转 14例 ,无效 9例 ,半年内妊娠总数 91例。总有效率 90 %。结论 中西医综合治疗因输卵管炎症阻塞继发性不孕症 ,损伤小 ,无甚痛苦 ,疗效确切 ,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the treatment and treatment of secondary infertility caused by tubal obstruction. Methods The clinical data of 100 cases of secondary infertility treatment in our hospital from 1996 to 2001 were retrospectively analyzed. Integrative Medicine (Houttuynin injection / Chinese medicine decoction retention enema / short-wave induction hyperthermia). Results cured 18 cases, markedly effective in 59 cases, improved in 14 cases, ineffective in 9 cases, a total of 91 cases of pregnancy within six months. The total efficiency of 90%. Conclusion Integrated Chinese and Western medicine due to obstruction of tubal inflammation secondary to infertility, less injury, no pain, the exact effect, it is worth promoting.
