江泽民同志关于“三个代表”的重要论述,是在新的历史条件下全面加强党的建设的伟大纲领,是永远保持党的先进性、战斗力和创造力的行动指南。把“三个代表”的要求,落实到建设一支高素质的干部队伍中去,既是一项紧迫的现实任务,也是一项长期的历史任务。本文从干部的选任与管理这两个关键性环节入手,提出了相应的对策:在干部的选任上,把党管干部原则与干部工作走群众路线原则辩证结合起来,不断拓宽选拔任用干部的范围和渠道,努力形成优秀人才脱颖而出、健康成长的机制;在干部的管理上,把自律方式与他律方式辩证结合起来,遏止腐败现象的泛滥趋势,使所有干部真正从世界观、人生观、价值观上解决好“参加革命为什么,在领导岗位上做什么,将来身后留什么”的问题,真正成为全心全意为人民服务的人民公仆。
