我们对 4 0例绝经后取金属单环宫内节育器 (ＩＵＤ)的妇女进行了临床观察 ,现分析报道如下。1 资料与方法1.1 对象选择对象为 1998年 9月至 2 0 0 0年 3月来我院门诊要求取环的绝经后妇女 ,均为放置金属单环 ,身体健康 ,无生殖道炎症 ,年龄 38～ 70岁。平均取环年龄 4 7 4岁
