矿山深井地压大,造成一些巷道支护结构严重破坏,需对原有的支护形式进行改进。结合朱仙庄矿区典型巷道工程,在实验室完成高地压作用下不同材料模型的对比试验,研究模型结构变形、破坏规律和承载能力。通过室内试验的结果,改善支护结构,提出应用复合锚网支护技术来进行巷道的治理。工业性试验证明,复合锚网支护技术能够适用地质条件恶劣、巷道围岩严重变形情况下的支护要求。。
Large underground mine pressure, resulting in some serious damage to the roadway support structure, the need to improve the form of the original support. Combined with the typical tunnel project in Zhu Xianzhuang mining area, the comparative experiments of different material models under high ground pressure were completed in the laboratory to study the deformation, failure rules and bearing capacity of the model structures. Through the result of indoor test, the support structure is improved, and the application of composite bolting support technology is proposed to control the roadway. Industrial tests show that the composite bolting support technology can be applied to support geological conditions in harsh conditions, the surrounding rock serious deformation support requirements. .
