当前每个企业在对人力资源进行管理时都要开展规范的人力资源档案信息化建设活动,因为这样可以提升企业人力资源整体的管理能力和水准,还可以强化企业内部的核心竞争力。本文针对档案信息化管理的实际发展情况,论述了企业建设人力资源档案信息化的必要性,同时还梳理了人力资源管理与信息化建设之间的关联,通过分析人力资源档案信息化建设过程中存在的问题,提出了优化措施,皆是为了提升企业人力资源管理的整体水准。
Every enterprise in the current management of human resources must carry out standardized construction of human resources information archives, because it can enhance the overall human resources management capabilities and standards, but also can strengthen the internal core competitiveness. In this paper, according to the actual development of archives information management, the paper discusses the necessity of enterprise information archiving of human resources, and at the same time it sorts out the relationship between human resources management and information construction.
