随着高职院校毕业生人数的逐步增加,高职学生的就业日益受到关注。当前高职学生就业率比较高但就业稳定性却一直走低,学生频繁换工作造成了极其不好的影响。通过剖析高职学生就业稳定性低的原因,提出通过将就业指导贯穿教育全过程、提升学生核心竞争力、企业完善薪酬体系等对策来提升就业稳定性。
With the gradual increase of the number of graduates in higher vocational colleges, the employment of higher vocational students is receiving more and more attention. At present, the employment rate of higher vocational students is relatively high, but the employment stability has been declining. The frequent change of students has caused extremely bad influence. By analyzing the reasons for the low employment stability of higher vocational students, this paper proposes to improve the employment stability through the employment guidance throughout the entire process of education, enhance the core competitiveness of students, improve the pay system and other measures.
