党的十四大确定的社会主义市场经济体制改革的总目标,为防疫站深化改革,发展卫生防疫事业带来了良好机遇;同时,也给防疫站如何适应市场经济需求,卫生防疫改革与发展如何适应市场经济规律带来了挑战。面对机遇与挑战,我站解放思想,更新观念,勇于探索,大胆实践,抓住机遇,迎接挑战。 一、把转换运行机制作为为市场经济服务的着力点
