上世纪90年代初,少帅张学良和夫人赵一荻移居美国夏威夷,出于怀念家乡和祖国之情,他特地保存了一些有纪念意义的菜单。其中有两份川菜菜单,一为1934年出访成都,大画家张大千在四川省教育厅长郭有守公馆内设宴招待他时亲笔所写。另一菜单则是1935年在南京接受四川军政首脑刘湘宴请时由刘的秘书凌华轩所写。晚年的张学良沉浸在往事的回忆中,曾说他在南京品尝过的川菜堪为极品。
In the early 1990s, Marshal Zhang Xueliang and his wife Zhao Yigi emigrated to Hawaii, where he memorably kept memorable menus for his memory of his hometown and homeland. There are two Sichuan menu, a visit to Chengdu in 1934, Zhang Daqian painter in Sichuan Province Education Minister Guo You observe the mansion set off to entertain him personally. Another menu was written by Liu’s secretary, Ling Huxuan, in 1935 when he accepted the invitation of Liu Xiang, the chief of Sichuan’s military and government, in Nanjing. Zhang Xueliang in his later years immersed in the memories of the past, once said that he had tasted Sichuan in Sichuan worthy of the best.
