目的探讨重型肝炎的有效治疗手段。方法用等量冰冻鲜血浆进行血浆置换。结果 11例重型肝炎中慢性重型病毒性肝炎早、中期好转 4例 ,2例晚期患者自动出院后死亡。亚急性重型肝炎 5例 ,全部治愈。结论血浆置换是一种有效的人工肝支持疗法 ,对重型病毒性肝炎肝功能衰竭有肯定和可靠的辅助支持与治疗作用。掌握治疗时机是提高疗效的关键。
Objective To explore the effective treatment of severe hepatitis. Methods Equivalent frozen plasma was used for plasma exchange. Results In 11 cases of severe hepatitis, chronic severe hepatitis was improved in the early and middle stages in 4 cases, and 2 cases of late patients died after being discharged from hospital. Subacute severe hepatitis in 5 cases, all cured. Conclusion Plasma exchange is a kind of effective artificial liver supportive therapy, which has affirmative and reliable supporting and therapeutic effects on liver failure of severe viral hepatitis. Grasp the timing of treatment is to improve the efficacy of the key.
