目的探讨高氟水型地区男性不育患者血浆髓过氧化物酶(MPO)、谷胱甘肽硫转移酶(GSTs)活力变化及内分泌功能。方法对62例男性不育患者以及70例正常生育组采用CASAS-QH-Ⅲ计算机辅助精液分析仪进行精液质量分析;采用比色法分别测定血浆髓过氧化物酶、谷胱甘肽硫转移酶活力;采用放射免疫法测定血清黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)和睾酮(T)含量。结果高氟水型地区男性不育患者精子密度、精子活力与生育组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血浆MPO活力与生育组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血浆GSTs活力与生育组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);血清黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)较生育组显著升高(P<0.01),血清辜酮(T)水平显著降低(P<0.01)。结论过量氟可能使体内自由基代谢失衡,从而影响成年男性的生殖及内分泌功能。
Objective To investigate the changes of plasma myeloperoxidase (MPO), glutathione S-transferase (GSTs) activity and endocrine function in male sterile patients with high fluoride water. Methods 62 cases of male infertility and 70 cases of normal fertility group were analyzed by using CASAS-QH-Ⅲ computer-assisted semen analyzer. The serum levels of myeloperoxidase, glutathione S-transferase The levels of serum LH, FSH and T were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results There was a significant difference in sperm density and sperm motility between male infertility and fertile group (P <0.05), plasma MPO activity was significantly different from fertile group (P <0.05), and plasma GSTs (P <0.01). The levels of LH and FSH in vitality were significantly higher than those in reproductive group (P <0.01), while the levels of serum testosterone (T) in serum were significantly higher Decreased (P <0.01). Conclusion Excessive fluoride may unbalance the metabolism of free radicals in the body and thus affect the reproductive and endocrine functions of adult males.
