基于ANSYS的塔式起重机安全性分析

利用ANSYS软件中的杆系结构静力分析功能,考虑塔式起重机的整体结构,将塔式起重机结构视为空间桁架结构。采用ANSYS的APDL语言完成了空间桁架的内力分析计算,分析塔式起重机危险部位,其方法可用于解决其他类型空间桁架问题。从材料属性,外部荷载分布情况分析塔式起重机的安全性能。提出塔式起重机应确定最大起吊重量,避免在大风等极端天气下工作。适当提高塔式起重机标准节钢截面的尺寸和钢的弹性模量可提高塔式起重机的安全性。 Using the static analysis function of the rod system in the ANSYS software, considering the overall structure of the tower crane, the tower crane structure is regarded as the space truss structure. Using APDL language of ANSYS, the internal force analysis of space truss was completed, and the dangerous parts of tower cranes were analyzed. The method can be used to solve other types of space truss problems. Analyze the safety performance of tower crane from the material properties and the distribution of external load. The tower crane should be set to determine the maximum lifting weight, to avoid working in extreme weather and other weather. Appropriately increasing the tower crane standard section steel section size and elastic modulus of steel can improve the safety of tower cranes.
