本文介绍了国内外超速试验工艺的简况,以及有关增压器制造厂的超速试验规范。论述了自行设计研制的高转速超速试验台的设计特点,结构及测量系统,并与西德申克公司的产品进行了比较。文中介绍了在本试验台上完成的三个压气机叶轮的超速破坏试验(转速为90700～109100转/分),并对试验结果进行了分析,文中根据叶轮强度计算与破坏实际,对超速破坏转速的预估进行了比较,并对超速破坏试验在生产中的应用进行了介绍。 This paper presents the brief introduction of speeding test technology at home and abroad, as well as the speeding test specification of supercharger manufacturer.
