应用图像分析技术检测50例食管拉网涂片中经光镜测量协诊的食管鳞状上皮正常、轻度增生、重增Ⅰ级、重增Ⅱ级和近癌细胞的核面积、平均卡规直径及最大和最小直径四项参数。结果表明:各项参数均值随着增生级别增高逐级增加(P<0.01),判别回代符合率为84%,各级增生细胞核增大的程度与分级判别标准一致。证实在食管上皮增生细胞学分级诊断时应用显微测量定量方法经光镜测微目尺测算核的算术平均直径代表核面积进行增生细胞的分级是可行的。
Image analysis techniques were used to detect the area of normal, mild hyperplasia, grade I, grade II, and near neoplastic cell area of the esophageal squamous epithelium in 50 esophageal pull-net smears. Diameter and maximum and minimum diameter four parameters. The results showed that the mean value of each parameter increased gradually with the increase of the proliferation level (P<0.01), and the coincidence rate of the retrospective generation was 84%. The degree of proliferation of proliferating cell nuclei at all levels was consistent with the classification criteria. It was confirmed that the quantitative mean diameter of the nucleus in the esophageal epithelial hyperplasia was determined by microscopic measurement. The arithmetic mean diameter of the nucleus was measured by microscopic spectroscopy.
