改革开放以来,火车装卸车工艺的发展越来越快。尤其近二十年以来,随着科技的发展,以及新型流体装卸设备的应用,火车装卸工艺不断进步。其中油品装卸是常见的一种火车装卸工艺,新型工艺的出现使油品装卸车变得容易。上卸和下卸是火车装卸车中常见的两种方式,如原油、重质油的装卸车一般采用下卸,而我国轻油的装卸则采用上卸。火车上卸工艺主要分为三种:1.真空虹吸式卸车2.潜油泵卸车3.容积式泵强制卸车。本文主要介绍近年来火车卸油工艺及其流程方式,希望对火车装卸车的工作者能够有帮助。
Since the reform and opening up, the technology of train loading and unloading trucks has been developing faster and faster. Especially in the recent two decades, with the development of science and technology, as well as the application of new fluid handling equipment, the technology of train loading and unloading has been continuously improved. Among them, oil handling is a common train loading and unloading process, the emergence of new technology to make the oil loading and unloading easy. Unloading and unloading are two common ways of loading and unloading trucks, such as loading and unloading of crude oil and heavy oil, and loading and unloading of light oil in our country. Unloading process of the train is divided into three main types: 1. Vacuum siphon dump truck 2. Unloading submersible pump 3. Positive displacement pump forced unloading. This article mainly introduces the unloading process of the train in recent years and its process, hoping to train the workers of the truck can be helpful.
