建立了适用于野外钾盐钻探现场快速分析泥浆清液K,Br,Sr元素的能量色散X射线荧光光谱(EDXRF)方法,并实际应用于江陵凹陷野外钾盐科探井钻探过程现场。方法的精密度RSD(n=10)优于1.28%,校准曲线相关系数均大于0.9982,加标回收率为90.4%~101.0%,基本符合允许限的要求。对深度200~800 m区间内以设定间隔采集的15个泥浆样品的测量结果与实验室ICP-AES结果基本一致。方法可用于钾盐钻探现场泥浆中K,Br,Sr等指示元素的快速监测,为钻井决策提供数据支持。
An energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (EDXRF) method for rapid analysis of K, Br, Sr elements in the field of potassium salt drilling in the field has been established and applied to the field exploration of the potash exploration well in Jiangling Depression. The precision of the method was better than 1.28% RSD (n = 10), the correlation coefficient of the calibration curve was greater than 0.9982, and the recoveries were 90.4% ~ 101.0%, which basically met the requirements of the allowable limit. The results of 15 mud samples collected at set intervals within the depth range of 200-800 m are basically the same as those of laboratory ICP-AES. The method can be used for rapid monitoring of indicator elements such as K, Br and Sr in drilling mud of potassium salt drilling and provide data support for drilling decision-making.
