在加工工件上的断续表面时,由于存在着冲击和振动,必然影响到工件的加工精度和切削刀具的使用寿命。 现介绍一种加工工件上断续表面的方法,可以克服上述缺点并能提高工件加工精度。 如图所示,在工件1外表面上,有预先铣出的花键槽和键槽。将元件8装入键槽内,该元件其形状、尺寸、重量与铣出的键槽完全相符。由于键槽的不等分性,使工件产生不平衡,因此,在磨床上必须校对工件的动平衡,然后拧紧螺钉7将元件8固定。同样将元件4(元件4与铣出的花键槽内,其形状、尺寸、重量完全相符)装入花键内,然后装上卡箍3和6,并拧紧螺钉2和5。也可用粘接法固定元件4。
