为了评估在减轻运动所致心肌缺血中硝酸酯扩张周围血管和冠状血管所起的相对作用,对一组冠脉病变严重、运动耐量很低的稳定型心绞痛病人,在休息和运动导致心肌缺血时冠脉内和静脉内注射硝异山梨醇(ISDN),比较血流动力学效应。方法 35例慢性稳定型(劳力型)心绞痛病人按修订的 Bruce 方案进行运动试验,其中10例运动不到5分钟,就至少在2个导联上出现 S-T 段水平型或下垂型压低大于0.1mV,被选为研究对象。
In order to assess the relative role of nitric-oxide-expanding peripheral blood vessels and coronary vessels in reducing myocardial ischemia induced by exercise, a group of patients with stable angina with severe coronary artery disease and low exercise tolerance were investigated. Blood was injected intracoronary and intravenously with isosorbide (ISDN) to compare the hemodynamic effects. Methods Totally 35 patients with chronic stable angina pectoris underwent exercise test according to the revised Bruce regimen. In 10 patients with less than 5 minutes of exercise, ST segment horizontal or ptosis depression was greater than 0.1 mV in at least two leads , Was selected as the research object.
