近年来,骨龄作为衡量儿童生物学发育水平的重要指标,得到日趋广泛的应用,并且人们力图选择比较理想的手腕骨观察标志,以其代表整体的骨骼发育水平。 在反复运用有关标准,进行手腕骨骨龄判定的实践基础上,我们提出采用图谱法判断婴幼儿骨龄比较适宜,用计分法对学龄儿童少年判定骨龄较为得当。但是,无论哪种方法,都必须制定准确适用的骨龄标准,其中关键是选定理想的手腕骨观察标志。通过对6个月~18岁的6千张手腕骨X光片细心观察分析,充分权衡比较,我们发现手腕部某些骨发育标志较为理想,应该作为判定骨龄的主要依据。
In recent years, bone age as an important indicator to measure the level of development of children’s biology has been more and more widely used, and people try to choose the ideal wrist bone observation sign, which represents the overall level of bone development. Repeated use of the relevant standards for the determination of wrist bone and bone age based on the practice, we propose to use the map to determine the appropriate age of infants and young children, with scoring method of juvenile age for the determination of bone age more appropriate. However, in either case, accurate and accurate criteria for bone age must be established. The key is to select the ideal wrist-bone observation sign. Through careful observation and analysis of 6 thousand wrist radiographs from 6 months to 18 years old, we have found that some of the signs of bone development in the wrist are ideal and should be the main basis for the determination of bone age.
